TERMS OF SERVICE
Access to or use of this service is conditioned on acceptance of and compliance with these terms and conditions.
By accessing or using this service you are bound by these terms.
Violation of these terms of service may result in the termination of services.
Services provided on a subscription basis will be billed monthly. Payment is due on the due date listed on your most current monthly billing statement.
Consequences of Non-Payment
Failure to pay the amount due within 60 days of the due date will result in a suspension of services. Fees may apply in order for suspended services to reinstated. Applicable fees can be found in the account holder's service agreement.
Failure to pay the amount due within 120 days of the due date will result in a canceling of the acct. Accounts that are cancelled for non-payment will be deleted along with all account holder data that has been stored on Secure Social Media servers 21 days after the cancellation of the account. Secure Social Media will make stored account holder information available for download/removal from the Secure Social Media servers until 11:59pm on the 21st day after cancellation of the account.
Secure Social Media reserves the right to deny service to any prospective account holders who owe a balance on an existing, suspended, and/or cancelled Secure Social Media account. In order to create a new account or purchase new services, all existing, suspended, and/or cancelled Secure Social Media accounts under the prospective account holder’s social security number/business name must be paid in full.
If the prospective account holder has had an account cancelled for nonpayment, Secure Social Media reserves the right to refuse services even where the cancelled account is marked as paid in full at the time new services are sought.
Storage of Data After Cancellation of Services
Where the account was cancelled by the account holder, data stored on Secure Social Media will be deleted 60 days after the account is cancelled. Account holders will be able to access their data, for the limited purpose of copying or deleting their data, until 11:59pm on the 60th day.
As outlined above, data stored on the Secure Social Media servers will be deleted within 21 days of cancellation of services by Secure Social Media for nonpayment. Account holders will be able to access their data, for the limited purpose of copying or deleting their data, until 11:59 on the 21st day.
Secure Social Media is not liable for any damages resulting from the deletion of data in accordance with these terms of service.
Payments for subscription services may be made online or by phone. Account holders have the responsibility to ensure that their account is paid in a timely fashion. Payments shall be made via electronic payment. Acceptable forms of payment are credit cards, debit bank cards with the VISA or Mastercard logo, and/or electronic bank withdrawal. Cash payments are not able to be accepted at this time.
Compliance with Government Agencies and Court Orders
Secure Social Media complies with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws.
Secure Social Media will only supply information to government agencies and actors where required by law.
Storage of Illegal Materials on Secure Social Media Servers
Account holders may not store materials on Secure Social Media servers whose possession is prohibited under applicable Federal, State, and Local laws.
Secure Social Media collects personal user data solely for the purpose of facilitating the provision of services to prospective, current, and/or former account holders. Secure Social Media does not provide prospective, current, and/or former account holder data to third parties unless compelled to do so by valid court order. (See above)
Secure Social Media does not and will not sell personal data about prospective, current, and/or former account holders.
Secure Social Media will delete personal data regarding prospective and former account holders at the request of the respective account holders. Only the prospective or former account holder may request the deleted of their data. Requests for the deletion of data must be made in writing and submitted via email or via the United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. Requests made by mail must be sent to Secure Social Media Inc PO Box 624 Del Mar, Ca 92014.
Changes to Terms and Services
Secure Social Media reserves the right to change these terms and conditions without notice. Changes to these terms and services will be communicated to account holders via email.
Definition of Terms
Account Holder- an individual or business entity that is seeking to utilize, currently utilizes, or has utilized services provided by Secure Social Media. If the account holder is the business entity, it will be required to appoint a person or persons who may exercise rights accorded to the Account Holder.
Deletion of Data- the data will be removed servers or other equipment under the control of Secure Social Media Inc.
